Das Bauministerium steht unter Zugzwang, werden doch die angekündigten jährlich 400.000 neue Wohnungen (davon 100.000 Sozialwohnungen) bei Weitem nicht fertiggestellt. Deshalb schlägt das Ministerium nun für das Baugesetzbuch (BauGB) einen neuen § 246e vor, der schon als „Bau-Turbo“ bezeichnet wird.
