Renovation of apartments in the residential complex
The apartment renovation project at the Embassy of the Republic of Germany residential complex will modernize more than 400 residential apartments for the first time since 1997. This project, sponsored by Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks «BImA», includes the renovation of the apartments and the complete replacement of the engineering systems to bring them up to modern standards. In 2019, our company, «Rayman Construction» Germany, accepted an invitation from the management company «BauGrung» to be the executor of this project. Under the management of «Assman Beraten+Planen» and «Engie», the general contractor, our team successfully modernized 30 apartments, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
In 2020, our company won the tender for the selection of a general contractor to continue this project under the direction of the general designer «Sendler&Company». Over the course of three years, our team of experienced specialists and craftsmen managed to realize all intermediate and final goals set by the client and the designer. To date, our company has renovated and adapted to modern equipment all engineering networks within the framework of this project and successfully renovated more than 17,000 m2 of living space. Despite the crisis period for the service sector (Covid 19) and the special regime at this facility, we managed not to disrupt the production processes and thanks to the competent work of our managers, all works were delivered on time and in full, with a minimum difference from the original cost of the project.
